Forecasting the COVID-19 with Interval Type-3 Fuzzy Logic and the Fractal Dimension

In this article, the prediction of COVID-19 based on a combination fractal theory and interval type-3 fuzzy logic is put forward. The dimension utilized to estimate time series geometrical complexity level, which in case applied problem. main aim utilizing for handling uncertainty decision-making occurring forecasting. hybrid approach formed by an model structured if then rules that utilize as inputs linear non-linear values dimension, forecasts cases are outputs. contribution new scheme logic, has not been proposed before, aimed at achieving accurate forecasting complex series, particular case. Publicly available data sets construct system series. can be helpful tool decision maker fighting pandemic, they could use decide immediate actions. method compared with previous works show systems outperform methods prediction.
